Awards Submission Deadlines

We encourage you to consider nominating outstanding individuals in your units who meet the criteria for college-wide awards

Because only one nomination per award will be accepted per unit, please work with your department head/center director and unit awards committee to coordinate submissions.

Nominations for all awards are due November 25, 2025, and should be submitted via the Qualtrics form linked at the end of each individual awards criteria paragraph. Please read the instructions and criteria for each award carefully and adhere to the guidelines specified.

Some awards will qualify the college recipient to go forward in a university-wide competition and will require additional materials to be submitted with a deadline in mid-January. Please learn more about those deadlines and additional materials here - https://www.usu.edu/awards/
