In Fall, 2024, the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences (SHS) Graduate Program Directors met with ODA Senior Data Analyst Nathan Laursen to review assessment and discuss changes and improvements to departmental graduate Program Learning Assessments.
Given that the programs are externally accredited and have been approved by the relevant national bodies, no specific recommendations were given. The Listening and Spoken Language Deaf Education program is accredited by the Council on Education of the Deaf. The next accreditation review period is Spring 2026.
