Graduate Learning Objectives
The Doctor of Audiology (AuD) program is a nationally accredited program that prepares students for state licensure and national certification as audiologists. Through comprehensive academic coursework, research, and supervised clinical training, students develop the knowledge and skills to evaluate and manage hearing and balance disorders across the lifespan.
Upon graduation, students will demonstrate:
- Knowledge and skills sufficient for entry level practice pertaining to hearing and balance assessment and hearing device services
- Competency in problem solving and critical thinking; spoken, visual, written, and digital communication; interpersonal skills and teamwork; professional and ethical behavior
