Today, there are a variety of great solar system exploration sites that enable your computer to function as a virtual telescope—bringing together imagery from the best ground and space based telescopes in the world for a seamless exploration of the universe. Did you know that Google Maps will also let you explore other members of our solar system?
Here's how.

- Go to Google Maps in your browser.
- Switch from map to satellite view. It's the little view box in the lower left corner of Google Maps.
- Zoom out, zoom out, zoom out until you can no longer zoom out. The left sidebar will then turn into a list of other solar system bodies that you can visit. Click on any solar body to go visit there.
