
Up to 3 / ABC Classroom
The Up to 3 program is an early intervention program that promotes the development of children under the age of 3 who have any type of disability or developmental delay. The program provides services to children and families living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich counties.
Most Up to 3 services are provided in the family’s home. Before services can be provided, professionals will conduct a developmental assessment. If the evaluation indicates that there are significant delays in development, early intervention services can be provided.

- Occupational therapy
- Speech/language therapy
- Eating and nutrition
- Hearing and vision consultation
- Behavioral services
- Specialized instruction for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Fee Information
Up to 3 provides free developmental evaluations for children who are under age 3 and reside in Cache, Rich or Box Elder Counties. To request an evaluation for a child 3 or older, please call your local school district.

Monday–Friday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Saturday–Sunday: CLOSED
