Bio
Francesca is a doctoral student in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology program at Utah State University. She grew up in New Jersey and earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Health, Medicine, & Society from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Utah’s beautiful hiking trails.
Francesca is passionate about supporting individuals in their overall health and well-being and helping them build meaningful, values-driven lives. She primarily works from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework and aims to take a holistic approach to understanding each person in the context of both their physical and mental health. Francesca believes even brief therapy interventions can help facilitate lasting, positive change.

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am–8:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm
Saturday–Sunday: CLOSED
