Bio
Jessie Hatch, MS RD, has over 8 years of advanced practice experience in neonatal and pediatric nutrition. As the former lead NICU dietitian at for a level 3 newborn ICU, Jessie oversaw the complex nutrition management of their NICU patients, pediatric hospital admissions, and outpatient nutrition services for premature infants, failure to thrive patients, and pediatric nutrition support.
Jessie has been working as an outpatient feeding specialist since January 2018. She works with patients with a variety of pediatric feeding disorders and with patients requiring extra help to meet their nutrition needs, including individuals who need tube feeding support.
Also, Jessie gained some firsthand NICU experience when she became a mom of premature twins in September 2017. Her time raising and feeding these two has given her unique nutrition perspectives as her little guy was severely small for his age and requires support for sensory processing feeding aversions, and her daughter required G-tube feedings due to oral aversion. She loves helping families make peace with mealtimes and finding ways to help the pediatric patients she supports make progress in their feeding journey.
