Bio

Megan Bressel is a physical therapist at the Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence, bringing over 25 years of experience in treating various musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout her career, she has practiced in four different states, which has allowed her to develop a broad range of knowledge and expertise. She is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy by the McKenzie Institute and specializes in spine care. Megan is exceptionally skilled in manual physical therapy and values the opportunity to work closely with patients in a one-on-one setting. In addition to her proficiency in manual techniques, she has experience in therapeutic exercise, aquatic physical therapy, neuromuscular re-education for balance training, and vestibular rehabilitation. Megan has also conducted and published research focused on the rehabilitation of the rotator cuff, as well as case studies addressing low back and hip pain.
