Bio
Rachel is a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Utah State University. She grew up in Kaysville, Utah and earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at USU. She loves to read, play the piano, make peanut butter and chocolate treats, and play pickleball with her husband.
In her clinical work, Rachel strives to create a collaborative, safe space in which people feel comfortable challenging themselves to grow individually and within relationships. She takes a holistic approach in understanding each person and believes that even brief therapy interventions can create lasting, positive change. Her interests include navigating issues of anxiety, depression, self-worth, identity, trauma, and conflict among individuals, couples, and families.
Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am–8:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm
Saturday–Sunday: CLOSED
