Bio

Emily Allen is licensed as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in the state of Utah. She has her master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Utah State University. Currently, Emily is a clinician with the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) at the Sorenson Center.

As a clinician with the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC), Emily provides direct clinical services for persons with Chronic Illness, Disability, and Developmental Disability. CRC services within the Behavioral Health Clinic focus on evidence-based counseling services for children, adolescents and adults experiencing psychosocial and psychological issues related to chronic illness and disability. The CRC strives to provide an environment that is safe and comfortable for persons of all ability levels and diverse backgrounds.
