Biography
Michelle Frierson is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education in the School of Teacher Education and Leadership at Utah State University. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection between decolonizing methodologies and Black joy. Her research is committed to supporting BIPOC educators and students to reimagine STEM spaces to be more inclusive, equitable, and joyous.
