Integrated Assessment
The Integrated Assessment division of the Behavioral Health Clinic is composed of an interdisciplinary team of licensed professionals in the fields of psychology, speech-language pathology, social work, and audiology. The team evaluates children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of developmental, behavioral, and academic concerns, and specializes in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder. Interventions for individuals with Autism and executive functioning challenges are also provided on a limited basis.

Insurance/Fee Information
Our professionals are paneled with several insurance providers. Please contact the clinic for information on which insurance plans we currently accept. If your insurance is not one we currently accept, you will be responsible for payment for all services. A payment plan can be arranged if needed.

The Integrated Assessment service line currently has a long waiting list for evaluations and a shortage of psychologists who can provide evaluation services. At this point we are not taking new referrals for evaluation services. For ADHD and LD evaluations, please contact the Psychology service line (435-797-3401) to inquire about wait times. For Autism evaluations, please refer to the Autism Evaluation Provider List maintained by the Utah Department of Health and Humans Services for providers who may be taking new referrals.
