Bio

Kendra obtained a double-major in both audiology and speech-language pathology as an undergraduate from Brigham Young University, and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Utah State University. She obtained her certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, is licensed to practice in the state of Utah, and has a Level 3 teaching license.

Kendra's experience includes primarily working with the pediatric population (preschool through high school-age), as well as language disorders in adults.  Her expertise is in the areas of articulation and phonological processes, language, fluency, childhood apraxia of speech, hearing impaired speech, AAC, and social aspects of language. She enjoys the interprofessional collaboration the SCCE provides for clients and providers to work together as teams and focus on client-centered care.  She enjoys training and mentoring graduate student clinicians and has taught various academic courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
