Bio

Rachel was born in Idaho and raised in Utah. Rachel is proud to be an Aggie, completing her Bachelor's Degree at USU in '92 and Master's Degree in '94. Rachel has worked in a variety of settings, including hospital in-patient and out-patient, WIC, and education.

Rachel has honed her expertise in treating individuals with eating disorders as the lead dietitian at a residential eating disorder treatment facility for over 12 years. In 2018, Rachel started a private practice, specializing in Eating Disorders, but also working with clients with a variety of nutrition-related concerns, including Intuitive Eating, PCOS, IBS, food allergies and intolerances, and other unhealthy eating patterns.

Rachel will collaborate with each individual and develop a treatment plan that will best meet their needs and help them improve their diet, health, and relationship with food.
