Biography
I am a doctoral student in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Program at Utah State University. I am a member of the ACT Lab, under the mentorship of Drs. Mike Twohig and Mike Levin. Prior to USU, I received my BA in Psychology from Smith College in 2020. After graduation, I worked as a research assistant in the Women’s Health Sciences Division of the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston. I am interested in acceptance and commitment therapy and process-based treatment approaches for a variety of clinical presentations, with an emphasis on OCD and related disorders. I am particularly excited about treatment process and outcome research and mindfulness and acceptance-based interventions targeting transdiagnostic processes. Outside of school, I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking and skiing.
