Julie Avery

Biography

I am a doctoral student in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology PhD program working with Dr. Michael Twohig in the ACT Research Group. I received my BA in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Alabama in 2022. Prior to attending USU, I worked at Baylor College of Medicine as a research coordinator in the OCD and Anxiety Program. My research interests are centered around acceptance-based treatment interventions for OCD and anxiety disorders.
