Program Admissions

Application Requirements

  • Application completed through the USU School of Graduate Studies
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 
  • Supplemental items:
    • Documentation of cleared USBE background check
    • Statement of Purpose
    • Resume
    • Three professional letters of recommendation (requested and submitted through the application portal)
    • Video submission
The admission process includes every stage of engagement, beginning with preliminary consultations with relevant stakeholders prior to the submission of the application and extending through the final notification of acceptance and confirmation of enrollment decisions.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Summer 2026 / Fast Track: We are now accepting applications for a pilot fast-track option starting Summer 2026. Applications are due April 20, 2026.

Fall 2026 / Standard Track: Application period is closed.

Spring 2027 /  Standard Track: Applications are due October 1, 2026.
