Biography
I grew up in the Chicago area. I was involved in all sports while growing up, but swimming was my passion. I came out to Utah after being recruited to swim for BYU in the butterfly and long distance freestyle events. However, while at BYU I had to get multiple surgeries on both of my shoulders. I now have shoulder replacements in both of my shoulders, which cut my swimming career short. Through all the surgeries I had to endure, I became very interested in the human body, which helped me fall perfectly into Exercise Science and Kinesiology. I received my B.S. in 2007 and my M.S. in 2011 from Utah State University. I teach the online courses for KIN 3250, KIN 4200, and KIN 4400.
