Charles "Dan" Smith

Biography

I grew up in Minnesota and moved to Logan to attend Utah State University in 1998. Both my wife and I are USU graduates. I graduated with a Business Management Degree in May 2001. I was hired at the Sports Academy & Racquet Club in July 2000 as the Operations Manager and quickly assumed the role as General Manager in May 2001. I have been around health and fitness ever since and am currently the Managing Partner at the Sports Academy. I have overseen 20-30 PE classes for USU each semester since 2003. My goal is to provide the best fitness instructors to help students continue or start healthy habits that will continue on through their life. My team has years of experience in choreography, dance, group fitness instruction, tennis, and tumbling. My Directors and I hire certified instructors that will give you an amazing health and fitness experience.
