Crystal Oberg

Biography

I graduated from Weber State University in 2006 with my bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and have been working as a clinical dental hygienist since then. I decided to go back to school in January 2023 and am pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis on Health Education and Promotion. My role as a graduate assistant will be teaching the HEP 2500 Health and Wellness course. I’m so excited about this opportunity, as my goal is teaching in a Dental Hygiene program after I complete my degree. I grew up in Layton, Utah, but my husband and I have lived in Cache Valley for about 12 years and feel like it’s home, despite the long, terrible winters. I have 3 kids and 1 pup, and I love hiking, boating, snow skiing, biking, the mountains, the sun, and all things summer.
