Addie Morgan

Biography

My name is Addie Morgan, and I am a professor of Modern Dance here at Utah State University. I began my dance career at the age of 4 in Utah and trained at various studios, spending the majority of my time at American Expression of Dance in Draper training in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, musical theatre, tap, ballet, ballroom, and modern. I continued my training in Gilbert, Arizona at Inspire Entertainment and at Williams Field High School where I was a member of their Elite Dance Company and Spiritline. I am currently attending Utah State University majoring in Kinesiology: Exercise Science and minoring in Human Development. I am a member of the Utah State Dance Company and serve on the presidency. I teach at Elite Dance Academy in Smithfield, Utah as their ballet teacher as well as teach private lessons. I have additionally judged for Aspire Dance Pro and America On Stage dance competitions. I teach Intro to Modern Dance as well as Intermediate Modern Dance here at Utah State University. Throughout my training I have truly found a passion for what I do and hope to be able to share this love with other dancers.
