Biography

While I have been teaching yoga for 8 years, this semester will be my first time teaching here at USU! I am excited to be back in the yoga program and grow in my practice.  If I am not flowing on my mat, you can find me climbing at the rock gym or playing in the mountains, and if you can’t find me I am hiding at home, doing crafts, reading, or playing video games.  Come talk to me after class about dogs, dinosaurs, and tattoos.
