Biography

I grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and have been going to USU football games for as long as I can remember. As such, I decided to do my undergraduate degree at USU and graduated in Spring 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.

I am a second-year masters student working towards my Master of Science in Kinesiology as I enjoyed learning and teaching others about the human body and wanted to continue my education in this field.

I am currently the instructor and graduate assistant for Intro to Biomechanics (KIN 4200). I help students through teaching lectures and labs, grading assignments, and most importantly, answering their many questions about the course.
