Biography
Dr. Jessica Hawks is an Adjunct Professor of Health Education and Promotion in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Science at Utah State University. She received a PhD in Public Health with an emphasis in health behavior from University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University. She completed an MPH with a Certificate in Global Health and an MSW (both from the University of Utah) and completed a BS in social sciences from Westminster College. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California and serves as a Regional Manager in a community-based mental health treatment program at San Diego Center for Children. Her interests are in community-based health promotion programs, mental health, global health, and eating behavior.
