Biography

I am a doctoral student in the Disability Disciplines – Pathokinesiology program. My research interests include quantifying an individual’s motor planning ability and creating an environment for motor learning with a special focus for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. I teach KIN 3200 Motor Learning and Technology in Skill Analysis. I also work as a research assistant in the Sensory Motor Behavior Lab with Dr. Breanna Studenka, and as a graduate teaching assistant for KIN 4200 Biomechanics. I’ve lived all over the state of Utah with most of my time spent in Logan, Utah. I earned my bachelor’s of science in Exercise Science at Southern Utah University and my master’s of science in Kinesiology at Utah State University. When I’m not with my wife and four kids (which usually takes up most of my time) or at school I enjoy playing any type of sport, weight lifting and just being outdoors.
