Biography

As a lecturer at USUE I currently teach KIN 3100 - Athletic Injuries and HEAL 1008 - Medical Terminology. In addition to my roles with teaching, I am also the Head Athletic Trainer at USUE. I studied at Colorado Mesa University where I acquired my Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology - Health and Fitness Promotion, an Emergency Medical Technician Certification, and my Masters degree in Athletic Training. I began my Athletic Training career at USUE as a student intern in 2021, and when I graduated from CMU in 2022, I had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Adjunct Professor at both USUE and CMU. I later took on the role of Head Athletic Trainer at USUE in 2023 and continued my work here teaching courses and taking charge of injury management and prevention of our student athletes at USUE.
