Biography

My name is Mark Crandall, I am a graduate assistant for KIN4200 (Biomechanics) with Kylee Heap and KIN3000 (Principles of Fitness) with Pete Mathesius. My primary responsibilities are as a lab instructor and teaching assistant.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology here at USU in May of 2023 and I am beginning a Master’s of Fitness Promotion degree in the fall of 2023. Afterwards I plan on attending physical therapy school and becoming a physical therapist, ideally with a focus on helping high-school and collegiate athletes with their training and rehab.

I was born here in Logan and grew up in Shelley, ID (go Russets!!). I run cross-country and track here for USU and love all things sports and outdoors. I am married to my wife Shelby and we have a two-year-old daughter named Madilyn, who just learned to say “Go Aggies!” I am excited to be here and feel free to reach out if I can be of help!
