Haein Choi

Biography

Hello! My name is Haein Choi (I know it can be tricky to pronounce, but you can say it like /heɪ̯ɪn/ or /hɛ.in/, or feel free to call me what works best for you). I'm a graduate assistant for the KIN 5100 - Fitness Assessment course with Dr. Carey. I'll be teaching labs and conducting community testing alongside Liz and Courtney. I'm also a PhD student here at USU, specializing in the Disability Disciplines program, with a focus on Pathokinesiology. My research interests include exercise physiology, and I'm eager to explore more about rehabilitation and athlete training. Originally from South Korea (Republic of Korea), I earned my Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Dance and my Master's degree in Physical Education, both from Pusan National University (PNU). I love meeting new people and enjoy being outdoors, whether it's exercising or engaging in any kind of activity!
