Chalyce Carlsen

Biography

I received my master's degree in Health Promotion and my bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and Education with an emphasis in Community health from Utah State University. Go Aggies! During my master's program, I participated on research team; our project focused on parent education in youth sports at the parent, coach, and administrative levels. Our findings werepublished in the Journal of Applied Sport Psychology.


I worked with the Huntsman's Cancer Institute's community health program and SLCC's employee health program before teaching for USU. Since starting in my position at USU in 2015, I have taught undergraduate courses for community health and health science programs in person and online.
