Megan Bergstrom

Biography

I am a graduate student in the Master of Fitness Promotion program here at USU. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Brigham Young University in May 2025. I am the teaching assistant for KIN 3250 Anatomical Kinesiology. I grew up in Colorado where I found a love for both summer and winter sports. Growing up participating in athletics and eventually competing as a collegiate athlete sparked my interest in athletic performance and recovery. I would love to work with athletes across all levels, and/or work in cardiac rehabilitation settings where I can design individualized exercise programs that promote long-term health.
