Biography

I came to USU from a small high school in southwestern Idaho.  While completing my Bachelors degree I transitioned into the Masters program and did a thesis characterizing the shear wave velocity profiles of geologic units along the Wasatch Front using SASW.  My consulting career began with Kleinfelder in northern California for several years before returning to work for Terracon in Utah.  I've been involved in a wide range of projects from landslides to radioactive tailings ponds to geotechnical instrumentation.  I've worked on nearly every UTA rail project, and am involved now in the transportation sector working on UDOT or other DOT projects.

Explore.
There are a lot of opportunities for different career paths.
