Up to 3 Early Intervention

The mission of the Up to 3 Early Intervention Program is to promote the development of children, under the age of 3, who have a disability or developmental delay and to provide services to children and families living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties.

Up to 3 Child and Family Development Program

The Up To 3 Program provides services to families with infants or toddlers, under the age of three, with developmental delays, disabilities or diagnosed conditions with a high probability of resulting developmental delays.

The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (AG Bell) is a national nonprofit organization that brings families and professionals together to support children with hearing loss with a mission to advance listening and spoken language for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing.

The mission of the Utah Parent Center (UPC or Center) is to help parents help their children, youth and young adults with all disabilities to live included, productive lives as members of the community.

The mission of Angel Hands Foundation is simple: "Improve the quality of life for individuals living with rare diseases". Currently, AHF provides support and assistance to Utah families living with over 80 different rare diseases and 20 undiagnosed conditions.

Description: Utah law (H.B. 157) created a program within the Utah Department of Health to provide hearing aids to qualifying children 0-5 years of age who have hearing loss. Ask your audiologist for an application and mail all completed paperwork to the address below.

Children under the age of 20 years who are US Citizens, who have not received a previous HIKE Award within the last four years and who have been identified as 1) having a need for a hearing aid(s) or an assistive listening device and 2) having a financial need can benefit from HIKE. Considerations include family income, size of household, burdensome medical expenses for the applicant, and the cost of the hearing technology requested.

The Olive Osmond Hearing Fund is committed to promoting hearing-health awareness and accommodating the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing. They use funds raised to help families that cannot afford hearing services.

The United Healthcare Children’s Foundation is a charitable organization that provides medical grants to help children gain access to health-related services not covered by their family health insurance plan.
