  • Homelessness is a local and global issue. Effective and cost-efficient practices can help those experiencing homelessness gain upward mobility and housing stability (Sadowski, 2009)
  • Case management, housing vouchers, educational programs, permanent supportive housing programs, and rapid rehousing provided significant improvement on targeted outcomes such as mental health, quality of life, housing stability, cost-effectiveness, employment levels, and substance abuse reduction (Fitzpatrick-Lewis et al., 2011; Aubry et al., 2021).
