Ashley Peterson

Biography

I received my BA in Psychology from Weber State University. I gained field experience working in Weber State's Neuropharmacology lab. Focusing on behavioral pharmacology, evaluating drug effects for therapeutic application, and abuse potential. I studied animal models of addiction, mood disorders, and pain.

I am a graduate student in the Neuroscience PhD program, working with Dr. Mona Buhusi in her lab, studying the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric disorders.
