Biography

Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer Grewe, an Associate Professor of Psychology here at Utah State. I’ve taught thousands of students in courses like Introduction to Psychology, Health Psychology, and Human Connection, and I love helping students discover how psychology connects to their lives and future careers. In my classes, you’ll build practical skills while also exploring big questions about human behavior, relationships, and well-being.

Outside the classroom, I work closely with students through Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, and as Co-Chair of our Undergraduate Program. I also direct USU Connections, a first-year experience program that helps new Aggies get off to a strong start. I enjoy mentoring students in independent research, supporting student leadership, and creating spaces where you can grow academically and personally. If you’re looking for opportunities to get involved, build your résumé, and connect with other students who share your interests, there are plenty of ways to do that here.

One of the highlights of my career was being named Teacher of the Year in 2019 and Undergraduate Research Mentor of the Year in 2025 for the College of Education and Human Services. I genuinely love being part of the Aggie community, and I hope I can help you find your place in it, too.

If you’re curious about research, leadership, or just exploring what psychology has to offer, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to connect with you and support your journey.
