Katie Garland

Biography

I am a student of the Behavior Analysis specialization at USU, working with Dr. Greg Madden. I received my BA in psychology from Reed College. Between there and here, I worked in the Translational Neuroeconomics lab at OHSU. My research interests include the study of impulsivity and risky behavior, and learning how to decrease impulsive behavior. In my free time, I attempt to draw, make a video game, play tabletop games and occasionally even sleep. I have a soft spot for Sprague-Dawleys, but all lab rat strains are lovely in their own ways.
