Complete Application
- Complete a Utah State University (USU) Admissions Application and be accepted (if not currently enrolled or returning from a Leave of Absence). There is a $50 application fee.
- Submit all official college transcripts (if transfer student); or high school or GED verification to USU Admissions.
- TOEFL score is required for non-native English-speaking students.

Complete Prerequisites
- 2.67 overall GPA
- RN courses completed with a grade of B- or better
- Three course attempts for any one course will be accepted, with a maximum of 10 total repeats, including transfer or equivalent courses
- Applicants must have completed an AAS/ADN RN program in an accredited program approved by the US Department of Education

Complete the online RN to BSN Application
- Submit copy of receipt for non-refundable $30.00 application fee in PDF format.
- Submit a copy of your current, unencumbered RN license. If currently enrolled in an AAS/ADN nursing program, please submit copy of RN license by the first day of your first semester in the USU RN to BSN program
- Submit information on where and when you completed your AAS/ADN RN degree
- Submit a personal statement, 150 words or less, double spaced, 12-point font in PDF format
- Provide a brief description of your purpose for pursuing your BSN and your goals with completion of the degree
- Submit a professional resume in PDF format that includes total years of RN and relevant healthcare experience
