If you plan to attend a PN program at a statewide campus (Blanding, Moab, or Price) please contact your campus testing center for information on how to register for the HESI A2 exam. The test fee for the exam is approx. $60. The testing center fee will be in addition to the exam fee.
Scratch paper and pencils will be provided by the test center—do not bring your own. An on-screen calculator is available as part of the test software if you want to use it—once again, you cannot use your own.If you have any questions in advance, please call Career Services Testing at your campus location listed below.
