EBLS Charter Trust Land Council
The EBLS Charter Trust Land Council (CTLC) serves as a representative board that participates in the decision-making process for school initiatives. Councils improve student learning, performance, and achievement through open communication involving the stakeholders in the education community. CTLC members have the opportunity to influence how Land Trust funds are used to support the foundational principles of the school to help meet the challenges of learning for EBLS children. During the school year the CTLC meets on the second Monday of every month in the EBLS Collaboratory (Room 233) at 8:30 AM. View our rules of order and procedure. The public is welcome. Council members are elected by a nomination process, followed by a voting survey sent to all parents in April or May of each year. Any parent can be nominated by another parent or themselves. School administration sends a message each year to the school community seeking nominations in the spring.
We invite all parents to serve on the Charter Trust Land Council. If you are interested, please contact Principal Nate Justis by April 1.

The School LAND Trust monitors the School and Institutional Trust Land Administration (SITLA) as they manage the trust lands for the benefit of the public schools in Utah.
