Dr. Forbush has engaged in systems evaluation and systems change work for nearly his entire career (25 years), and at different levels/settings in education (e.g., LEA leader, pre-service trainer, statewide professional development trainer). Dr. Forbush looks through the lens of “performance engineering” and implementation science in this work, and has successfully participated in a variety of systems changes, each one providing additional clarity to the salient inputs of systems change.
