Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my study ID. What should I do?

Your study ID is how you access the sessions. If you cannot remember your study ID, try to re-enter it using the same format you used to create it, which is 1) the first three letters of the month you were born, 2) the first letter of the city where you currently live, 3) the first initial of the first name of the person you are providing care for, and 4) the first initial of your own middle name (if none, write X).
If you still cannot re-enter your study ID, please contact us at ____.

How many sessions should I do each week?

We encourage you to do 1-2 sessions per week so that you will be able to finish the whole program within 30 days.

I forgot which session I am on. How can I check my progress?

On the home page (the one with the pictures of the sessions), you can click on the "Check Your Progress" button to see which sessions you have completed so far.

I want to print my practice assignment so that I can remember it. How can I do that?

Each session, you create your practice assignment to help you practice the skills you are learning. At the bottom of the page where you create your practice assignment, there is a square box labeled "Print." If you click that button, then press enter, you will print the practice assignment as a .pdf.

I had to leave a session partway through. How can I pick up where I left off?

We encourage you to try to complete each session in one sitting. However, if you need to leave partway through, you can save your progress by clicking on "place bookmark" at the top of the screen. When you are ready to return to the session, click on the image of the session and enter your study ID. Then, click "go to bookmark" and it will take you to where you left off.

I want to look at a session I have already completed. How can I do that?

You can access a session you have already completed by clicking on the image for that session on the main page at actforcaregivers.weebly.com. You can then change your answers and work through the exercises as many times as you would like.
