ITLS Online Graduate Programs Rated in the Top 15 in the Nation

For the sixth year in a row, Utah State University’s online Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS) graduate degree programs were rated in the top 15 of all online graduate programs in the nation.

U.S. News and World Report, recognized as a preeminent college ranking system, evaluated programs according to their performance across a set of widely accepted indicators of excellence. On the 2020 list of Best Online Master's in Education Programs, USU was ranked #6, putting it in the top two percent of online graduate education programs in the nation.

USU’s online Master’s of Education programs have a reputation for rigorous coursework facilitated by instructors who have strong academic credentials. Students graduate with the skills needed to contribute to the workforce in a variety of ways.

In addition to its online Master’s degree programs, ITLS, housed in the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services, has added a new online Bachelor of Science degree in Human Experience Design and Interaction (HEDI). All department faculty are teaching at least one course in the new program, and the first official cohort will start in the fall of 2020.
