Dementia Caregiver Clinic at USU
A USU clinic focused on supporting individuals with dementia (or who are suspected of having dementia) and their caregivers.
The Dementia Caregiver Clinic is composed of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who evaluate the needs of individuals with dementia (or who are suspected of having dementia) and their caregivers. The team provides resources and referrals for additional services or supports tailored to individuals’ needs.
Connecting Caregivers and People
