Lynn Kuhn, M.A., CCC-SLP

Lynn Kuhn is an international language-literacy professional providing teacher training and consulting with building and leadership systems. She has master’s degrees in Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Communication Disorders, K-12 Learning Disabilities and Emotionally Handicapped, and a K-6 generalist teaching certificate.

She has an extensive background supporting students K-12 who struggled with oral and written language. She also worked as a district level literacy facilitator and staff developer.

Her work in the field of literacy includes the development of a multisensory structured language and literacy model. She was also the Colorado Reading First Professional Development Coordinator and lead consultant on a federal grant working with preschool classrooms.

Lynn is Past-President of the International Dyslexia Association-Rocky Mountain Branch and recipient of the Colorado and Western Region's Council of Learning Disabilities Outstanding Professional of the Year Award. She is a CERI certified structured literacy dyslexia specialist, awarded only to educators who have demonstrated the ability to have a meaningful impact on the rate of improvement for students identified as “at risk” for reading failure or identified with a Specific Learning Disability.
