Biography

Laura Parrish is the undergraduate advisor for the Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling Department. For six years, she has demonstrated a commitment to this department by fostering academic success for both traditional and non-traditional students across diverse settings.

Specializing in guiding students pursuing degrees in Special Education, Laura finds immense joy in working with individuals who aspire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of special education students. Her passion lies in supporting students who are enthusiastic about contributing their best efforts to becoming teachers.

A proud alumna of Utah State University, Laura holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Resources. Complementing her academic background, she has earned a Master's degree in Academic Advising from Kansas State University. This educational foundation equips her with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide expert guidance to students navigating the complexities of their academic journeys.
