Speech and Hearing Sciences

The Speech and Hearing Sciences Department at Utah State recognizes that people with communication differences face challenges accessing high-quality, culturally response services to improve their health and wellbeing. Therefore, our mission is to advance knowledge, teach clinical and educational practices to meet diverse needs of individuals, and provide access to educational opportunities that prepare learners for varied careers in health and education.

Audiologists, Deaf Educators, and Speech-Language Pathologists are in high demand nationwide, and they impact quality of life and wellbeing of individuals of all ages and their families
