The Utah State Office of Education now requires that the Praxis test for Educational Leadership: Administration and Supervision (test #0410) be passed as a prerequisite for licensure.   The passing score for the test is currently 620 for Utah students with the national passing score set at 690.  (This score is subject to change and is set by the Utah State Office of Education.)

 ASC students will submit their praxis scores to USU as part of the portfolio (EDUC 6950) course.  Even if you chose Utah State as a school to receive your scores, you must submit an additional copy with your portfolio.  We will not be able to recommend you for licensure until you have provided us with a copy of your scores.  After you have taken the test, scores will only be available to students through ETS for 30 days without a fee.  Make sure you print a copy as soon as you are able. 

Testing dates: There are only a few test dates per semester so please make sure you take the test in pleanty of time to receive your scores. Test dates can be found here.
