Elizabeth B. Haderlie Scholarship
This scholarship is for female freshmen, sophomore, junior, or senior students majoring in Physical Education.
Peggy Bates Christensen Scholarship
Junior or Senior students majoring in Dance
Mary Jane Faylor Scholarship
This scholarship is for junior female students majoring in Health, Physical Education, or Recreation who have attained high scholarship, ethical standard, and are involved in departmental, campus, and community activities.
H.B. and Ethel Hunsaker Scholarship
This scholarship is for students majoring in Health, Physical Education, or Recreation who have attained high scholarship, ethical standard, and are involved in departmental, campus and community activities.
Ted and Marge Seeholzer Scholarship
This scholarship is for junior or senior students majoring in Physical Education Teaching and planning to be a physical education teacher.
Richard "Dick" Motta Scholarship
This scholarship is for junior or senior students majoring in Physical Education Teaching, with a Coaching Emphasis. Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and personal integrity.
Olympic Scholarship
Applicants must be majoring in one of the following fields:
Community Health with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Exercise Science with a minimum 3.5 GPA
Parks and Recreation with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Pre-Physical Therapy with a minimum 3.5 GPA
The minimum GPA should be a cumulative average between all transcripts, including transfer schools, and first and second bachelors degrees. Applicants should also demonstrate financial need.

Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services Scholarship
This scholarship may be awarded to undergraduate or graduate students who are full-time students who have been accepted into one of the seven academic departments in the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services; have junior or senior standing (applies to undergraduate recipients only); demonstrates financial need. All applications for this scholarship must provide a letter of recommendation from a member of the department where they are enrolled who can demonstrate the academic potential and financial need of the student.
T. Clair and Enid Johnson Brown Scholarship Endowment Fund
This scholarship may be awarded to undergraduate or graduate students who are full-time students and have been accepted into one of the seven academic departments in the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services; have junior or senior standing (applies to undergraduate recipients only); demonstrates financial need; demonstrates academic potential as evidenced by having attained a minimum cumulative gpa of 3.0--undergraduate recipient, and 3.5 for the graduate recipient. All applications for this scholarship must provide a letter of recommendation from a member of the department where they are enrolled who can demonstrate the academic potential and financial need of the student.
Dale and Adele Young Scholarship
Established by Dale and Adele Young. Recipients should demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and personal integrity. This scholarship may be awarded to undergraduate or graduate students who are full-time students and have been accepted into one of the seven academic departments in the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services. All applications for this scholarship must provide a letter of recommendation from a member of the department where they are enrolled who can demonstrate the academic potential and financial need of the student.
Helmut Hofmann Scholarship
This scholarship is for a student who is training to become a teacher or to pursue any other school-related career at either the secondary or elementary level in any department in the CEHS. Candidates must be students with a gpa of 3.2 and an entering senior or currently enrolled graduate student. Candidates must demonstrate leadership, financial need and personal integrity.
Simmons Family Foundation Scholarship
Candidates should be single parent students studying any discipline in the CEHS. Financial need is an important consideration.
Single Parent Scholarship
Awarded on an annual basis to single parent students who are majoring in the CEHS. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
