Dr. Flint received his bachelors degree in Spanish and his masters degree in Health Sciences from Brigham Young University. He received his PhD in Public Health from Oregon State University. His career has included teaching at BYU, Oregon State U., Eastern Washington U., and Utah State U. He has also been a health educator at Utah County Dept. and and an office manager at Benton County Health Dept. in Corvallis, OR.
